Business translation needs
With new business opportunities comes the same paper trail as at home; contracts, accounts and financial statements all need to be translated from your native language into Italian (or the other way around).
Everything needs to be certified and accurate to be accepted by courts and public bodies or other businesses.
We help you cut through the red tape. Working with Acolad, you have peace of mind knowing that all your documents will be accepted without fuss. You send us the documents and our sworn Italian translator will have your paperwork translated and compliant.
Why do I need a translation?
Here are just a few examples where a certified Italian translation could be needed:
- Business and service contracts
- Financial accounts and reports
- Legal documents for court cases and applications
- Work with government and public bodies
- Energy industry
What does certified mean?
A certified translation is a very important document not just to you but also to the receiver. Once accepted, it becomes a legal record of that document. Such contracts and certificates become part of the legal process in Italy. That is why these documents must be translated by a qualified translator. A certified (or sworn) translator is slightly different – see below for more.
At Acolad we boast a team of certified, bilingual expert translators - court-accredited - that provide certified translations to or from Italian into almost any language. Rest assured, once translated, your documents will be accepted by the relevant bodies you are dealing with.
What is a sworn Italian translator?
A sworn Italian translator is someone that is authorized – usually by governments – to translate official documents. The sworn translator assumes responsibility for the legality of the paperwork the moment they sign and seal the document, which then becomes a legal document.
At Acolad, our sworn translators are recognized as expert translators and interpreters. We have chosen them for their deep knowledge in linguistics, legislation and the various legal terminologies that abound.
