We are seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire life cycle of complex language services projects in your portfolio. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in developing solutions by writing clean and reusable Python scripts that can be easily maintained and scaled. 

This position is fully remote at this time and require that you have reliable and stable internet connection and a Windows or Mac OS device.

This position includes both standard Project Management for localization projects as well as Technical support including script creation to help make processes more efficient.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage common and complex customer requirements (engagement and service setup, process improvement and optimization); 
  • Lead end-to-end localization projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality translations on time and within budget. 
  • Utilize your expertise in localization platforms and process management to achieve successful project outcomes. 
  • Work closely with content developers, SMEs, and external vendors to ensure all localized content meets the highest standards. 
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and continually improve localization processes for increased efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with production teams to understand their challenges and be able to solve those challenges by leveraging business systems and technology.
  • Study best practices from industry knowledge base.
  • Develop, test and maintain high-quality scripts using Python programming language. 
  • Write clean and reusable code that can be easily maintained and scaled. 
     
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or University Degree in lieu of experience 
  • 1-2 years of experience coordinating projects within the language services industry is required for Project Managers. 
  • 1+ years of experience as a Python Developer 
  • Excellent team working and communication skills 
  • Proficiency in localization platforms, CAT tools, and content management systems. 
  • Experience with connectors 
  • Very good analytical and organizational skills 
  • Experience in Python programming to write production-ready codes. 
  • Resilient in stressful situations 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and fluency in English 
  • Good knowledge of commonly used computer desktop applications and services (e.g MS Office) 
  • Bonus Qualification: Experience with AI prompting

  • We pay in USD. The pay for this position is $11- $13 per hour and paid monthly.
