We are continuously looking for new talent (like you!) to support our mission to drive growth and innovation across some of the world’s leading brand. We are currently seeking a Planner to strengthen our interpreting division in Amstelveen!

In this role you will be responsible for successfully coordinating interpreting services for our clients and interpreters.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handling interpreting requests from various clients.
  • Scheduling interpreting services, taking into account the location, date, and time of the appointment.
  • Providing all relevant information to both clients and interpreters to ensure smooth communication.
  • Monitoring ongoing assignments and making any last-minute changes as needed.
  • Maintaining good relationships with both clients and interpreters to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum MBO graduate.
  • Available for 24-32 hours per week.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to switch gears quickly and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and structured, even under pressure.
  • Assertiveness.
  • Affinity with planning is a plus
