We are currently looking for an Junior Business Development Associate to join our sales team in Amstelveen, the Netherlands!

You will be teaming up with other sales roles and report directly into our Head of Sales. With access to cutting-edge sales tools and a marketing-driven environment, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills.


  • (Assist in) identifying new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • (Assist in) identify and follow up on qualified leads.
  • Support senior business development team members in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospects through email, phone calls, and networking events to establish relationships and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and business development activities using CRM software.
  • (Assist in) negotiating contract terms and pricing agreements with clients under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Monitor industry news and developments to stay informed about potential opportunities for business expansion.
  • Provide regular reports on business development progress and contribute to team meetings to discuss strategy and goals.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
