Yes. The portal interface is available in English, French, German, Japanese, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Korean, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Russian, Vietnamese and Thai.
How does the Acolad Portal ensure customer data is protected?
How does the Acolad Portal ensure customer data is protected?
Acolad Portal ensures comprehensive customer data protection by employing SSL and AES-256 encryption for data in transit and data at rest. SSL certificates with SHA-2 and 2048-bit encryption guarantee secure connections, and all data moving between storage volumes and server instances is encrypted. Access to the portal requires a secure SSL connection, with non-SSL requests automatically redirected. To strengthen security further, users are compelled to change their passwords every 90 days, with strict complexity requirements ensuring a minimum of 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
