What happens when I use up my units?

Your team keeps working; Acolad will let you know when you're close and again when you've reached the limit, and you can upgrade at any point in the month.

Do unused units roll over?

On Business and Enterprise, units are valid for 12 months. On Pro, units reset monthly and don't carry over.

How does the free trial work?

You get 2,500 Lia Units free on Pro or Business; no time limit, and no credit card required.

How does Lia Go pricing work without per-word or per-seat fees?

Pricing runs on Lia Units, usage credits spent by task complexity. Simple tasks use fewer than complex ones. Business and Enterprise plans include unlimited users, so cost stays predictable as teams and volume grow.

What's a "context," and why do the plans differ?

A context is a saved set of instructions about your brand. Pro includes 3, Business 20, Enterprise unlimited.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and Acolad will prorate the difference; downgrades apply at your next renewal.

Is my content used to train AI models?

No. Content is never used to train public models. Lia Go is GDPR-compliant and data stays within your workspace.
