Acolad Achieves TPN Gold Shield for Media & Entertainment Content Security

Security Built for the Realities of Global Content
Established by the Motion Picture Association, the Trusted Partner Network provides a common framework for assessing content security across the global media supply chain.
For Acolad, achieving the Gold Shield involved a detailed assessment of how sensitive content is handled, how it moves through our operations, the controls surrounding access, and the evidence supporting those practices.
That matters particularly in audiovisual content, where localization can begin while a title is still highly confidential and where multiple language versions may need to be ready against the same release date.
The TPN assessment covered Acolad's French entity, with the practices reviewed forming part of the group's broader approach to content security.
“Our teams are often working with content long before audiences will ever see it, and sometimes across several markets at the same time. Protecting that content is a major part of delivering that work. The TPN Gold Shield gives our media clients another level of assurance that those requirements are understood and reflected in how we operate.”
Protecting Content Before It Reaches the Audience
Global releases increasingly require content to be prepared for multiple audiences, languages, formats and platforms, often simultaneously and under significant time pressure.
That makes content security throughout the partner ecosystem part of the release operation itself.
The TPN Gold Shield gives media and entertainment organizations additional assurance when entrusting Acolad with sensitive and commercially valuable content, particularly when that content needs to travel globally before it can be seen publicly.
Because when it comes to a global release, audiences should see the content when it's ready for them — and not a moment sooner.
