 We are currently looking for an Associate BDM to join our sales team in the DACH region.

You will be teaming up with other sales roles and report directly into our Head of Business Development. With access to cutting-edge sales tools and a marketing-driven environment, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills. 

We offer a flexible workplace with the opportunity to work in one of our following offices: Acolad Berlin, Augsburg, Stuttgar or Kreuzlingen.


  • Drive Acolad’s revenue on the DACH market by identifying and converting new leads, especially in the field of small and medium-sized companies.
  • Reconnect with existing clients who stopped sending work in order to reactivate our business with them.
  • Contact potential prospects by calls and email using the best sales automation tools on the market (LinkedIn Sales Nav, Salesloft …).
  • Qualify inbound requests and turn them into business. Define sales approaches adapted to each type of prospect, test them, iterate them, improve them.
  • Work closely with the DACH Sales and Operations team to ensure proper alignment on our territory plan, target personas, opportunity quality, and BDM to Account Executive hand-off.


  • Perfect command of German (ideally native speaker)
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
  • You have a confirmed experience in Sales or Account Management (at least 1 year of professional experience)
  • Social selling is not new to you (using social networks like Linked-In Sales Navigator etc. for your prospecting effort)
  • You are a hunter at heart, you have already done prospecting and you love it.
  • Min. University Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in selling services & software within localization, ecommerce or tech markets is a plus
