We are looking for a highly experienced Microsoft Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects with large customers, and working with a diverse team of professionals in an international setting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead in projects and provide guidance to team members
  • Provide functional and technical expertise in M365 to clients
  • Assist in the development and implementation of solutions for clients
  • Ensure project quality
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services
Requisiti:
  • Minimum of several years of working experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of M365, including Office 365, Azure and Teams
  • Experience in working with international clients
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a consultancy or service delivery environment is a plus
