We are currently looking for an IT Procurement Assistant, to be part of the IT Team in our Paço de Arcos office, Portugal.

The IT Procurement Assistant will support the IT team in all administrative tasks related to the purchasing area. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

  • ✔️ Purchasing for the IT department (hardware, software and services)
  • ✔️ Follow-up, managing and archiving of IT purchasing processes
  • ✔️ Contact and negotiation with suppliers, as well as contract management
  • ✔️ Administrative support of allocation costs within the IT department
  • ✔️ Support to the day-to-day management of the IT purchasing department
Requisiti:
  • Experience in similar/administrative roles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to build strong working relationships with suppliers
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Experience in SAP environment would be a plus
  • Responsible and independent with pro-active attitude
  • Analytical and process optimisation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
