Responsibilities:

Develop and establish the project management plan in alignment with project goals and objectives.

Manage all project resources, including partners, consultants, employees, and stakeholders.

Prioritize and plan the project backlog, providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog based on business value and ROI.

Lead scrum teams as the Project Manager, ensuring effective coordination and execution of project activities.

Lead project release planning, including budget management, and ensure timely delivery of new functionalities.

Promote an Agile mindset and act as a change agent within the organization.

Take ownership of project delivery and ensure successful outcomes.

Manage backlog, iteration planning, and user story elaboration.

Validate and approve the budget, manage budget forecast, and establish governance and reports for budget management.

Exigences:

Project Controller – Senior

• Bachelor's degree in IT
• Proven experience 5+ years as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
• Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Fully Bilingual (French and English)
