You will be part of a strong Customer Experience practice: together with our developers and business practitioners, your team will work on projects to create the best result for our clients. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of CX projects and ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for the customer and the development team and as such you will work closely with the customer, project managers, business analysts, and development team to ensure that project requirements are clearly understood and delivered according to industry standards and best practices.
