We are constantly growing and looking for a Technical Lead to support our mission to realize better digital experiences for some of the world’s leading brands. You will be part of a strong Customer Experience practice: together with our developers and business practitioners, your team will work on projects to create the best result for our clients. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of CX projects and ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for the customer and the development team and as such you will work closely with the customer, project managers, business analysts, and development team to ensure that project requirements are clearly understood and delivered according to industry standards and best practices.

Exigences:

• Building better digital experiences is your passion
• You have 5 years of experience in a technical lead or senior developer role
• You have a strong understanding of web development, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Java.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other digital experience platforms is a huge plus.
• You love sharing knowledge and working together with your team to create the best result.
• You speak Dutch and are fluent in English.
• You live in the beautiful country of Belgium.
