What does your day look like? 📅
As IT Recruiter, you are responsible for the recruitment process from A to Z. You search the candidate market via job boards, social networks, and other channels, but you also work creatively. You keep your finger on the pulse of your network and you quickly respond to new opportunities. You draft attractive vacancies yourself and you are the point of contact for promising candidates. You interview candidates and map out their knowledge, motivation, and competencies. New trends in recruitment do not easily escape your attention. What's more: you take them up yourself and actively participate in various recruitment projects (job fairs, etc.). With us, you really get the chance to customize your job!
Of course we will guide you in this, you will be part of an international team and you will recruit people across national borders!
Who are you? 🙋
To perform the IT Recruiter position well, it is important that:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree and at least 2 years of working experience as a corporate recruiter;
- Your experience in business or IT roles is a plus;
- You get energy from finding and convincing the right match;
- You are a strong communicator;
- You like to work in a result-oriented way;
- You communicate easily in English (French and Dutch are an advantage)
