We are currently looking for a competent Office Facilities Assistant to join our team in Lisbon, to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

- Assist the Office Management Department
- Check the office facilities (meeting rooms, printers, kitchen)
- Purchase supplies for the Office Management department
- Stock management
- Responsible for car fleet
- Responsible for communications
- External service (post office, transportation, car maintenance, etc.)
- Travel arrangements would be a plus.
- Reception duties
- A completed high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of proven experience in a similar position
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- SAP Concur knowledge is a plus
- Driving license
- Permission to work in Portugal
