We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Manager Portugal and Spain to join team.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a true business partner for line managers on all HR matters.
- You will be managing all local HR processes concerning the employee lifecycle, often in collaboration with our Centers of Excellence in Recruitment & Data Management
- You will manage onboarding, compensation, employee relationship processes, learning and development to conducting exit interviews, and providing expert knowledge on HR policies and procedures, primarily in Portugal and Spain where we currently support about 160 employees.
- You will also be working on regional, and local projects. These projects are focused in advancing and optimizing the HR team’s ways of working, supporting execution, design, implementation, and accelerated adoption of innovative HR process enhancement and change initiatives.
- You will manage a team of HRBP & HR Specialists and will reports to the VP HR Europe.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Completed master’s degree in HR
- At least six to eight years of professional experience in general HR and business partnering within a fast-paced organization
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in an international environment
- Fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish skills required
- Working and communicating effectively in a global environment with people at all organizational levels
- Persuasiveness, assertiveness, and results-orientation, strong organizational talent
- Strong team skills
- Initiative, creativity
- Absolute integrity and discretion
- Flexibility, reliability and the ability to work under pressure
