We are currently looking for an Interpreting Project Manager to be part of our team in Boulogne-Billancourt, France

As Interpreting Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of customer interpreting orders according to customer requirements and Acolad standards. You will be a part of our Interpretation Team and will work on assignments for a portfolio of customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of interpreting quotes & orders according to customer requirements and group standards.
  • Close collaboration with customers, account managers and interpreters / interpreting equipment suppliers.
  • Organisation and monitoring of overall workflow processes and timelines (quote, selection of interpreters, interpretation equipment and other interpreting technical solutions).
  • Monitoring of Service Delivery related KPIs, e.g. adherence to vendor costs, in-house costs, productivity, volume per service and per language combination, number of complaints
Requirements:
  • 2 years experience in service/project management or in similar roles/businesses (preferably related to Language Services).
  • Fluent French is mandatory for this position.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Outstanding communication skills. At ease working by phone, web meetings, etc.
  • Strong organisational skills in order to meet tight deadlines and organise heavy workloads or complex project situations.
  • Experience managing customer relationships.
  • Autonomy, strong team spirit and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and workload.
