We are currently looking for an IT Application Support to be a part of our team in Paço de Arcos, Lisbon!

In this role you will provide technical & functional support on our ITSM tool and Office 365 applications (Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive, etc.). You will be responding, troubleshooting, fixing and providing constant updates on the progress of the resolution of issues or requests. You will also be involved in the analysis of requirements, providing solutions, project implementation and technical/functional testing for requests from our production teams.


  • Provide functional and technical support by prioritising and delivering outstanding service
  • Qualification, documentation and resolution of functional support requests & incidents
  • Commit to the Service Level objectives and be aligned with the road-map
  • Analyse and implement application changes according to stakeholder requirements
  • Coordination and execution of test scenarios for new releases, incl. set-up of test plans
  • Review and create application support knowledge articles and manuals
  • Interact with manufacturers as well as external partners
  • Coordination, set-up and execution of training
  • Academic degree in Information Systems or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on solution analysis, configuration and support
  • Proven knowledge of Jira at administration level
  • Technical background with good knowledge of Java & Groovy
  • Experience in giving support to Office 365 users would be a plus

  • Fast learner and with the ability to handle complex situations
  • Fluent English is mandatory. Any other European language is a plus.
