Oracle Project Manager (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including migration strategy, timeline, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Documentation: Ensure the documentationof migration requirements, architecture, and design decisions.
  • Assessment and Design: Collaborate with technical teams to assess the current project ecosystem, identifying new migration requirements and designing the future state.
  • Business Process Transition: Work closely with functional teams to ensure a smooth transition of business processes and data from Oracle R11 to Oracle Cloud.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive steering committees.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the migration timeline, budget, or data integrity.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective information flow.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the migration process.
  • Post-Migration Assessment: Conduct post-migration assessments to validate the success of the migration and address any post-migration issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • Proven experience managing large-scale ERP migration projects, preferably involving Oracle Cloud.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP systems, including R11 and Oracle Cloud.
  • Previous experience in an international Oracle Cloud deployment.
  • Knowledge of compliance and security requirements in migration projects.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with C-level executives to present and discuss project updates and strategies.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
  • PMP certification is a plus
