Acolad is currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to help develop the business!

Reporting to the Head of Sales in Belgium, as an Account Manager, you are working daily to build lasting relationships with our clients. You develop clients across the Retail, Finance & Technology sectors. You identify the needs in the market and push our solutions to them. You are passionate about advising and selling and “going the extra mile” to match or exceed your monthly targets.

You know your way around the high-end markets in Belgium and know how to position Acolad as the partner of choice. You are comfortable communicating on C level and thrive on challenges. Your mindset is entrepreneurial and collaborative and including your (relevant) colleagues in the process comes naturally to you.

The role:

  • Identify and analyse trends in your market. Define and implement the commercial strategy to reach the target.
  • Fill in your pipeline, follow up on quotes and ensure closing.
  • Liaise with other departments when needed: production, accounting, marketing departments.
  • Manage the account manager already in place helping them to reach their targets.
  • Make the best use of our tools: Salesforces, Salesloft, XTRF.
  • Achieve KPIs, report your work to your manager.
Requirements:
  • 5 - 7 years of sales experience preferably gained in B2B, with a history of overachieving targets.
  • Fluent French and Dutch with a good level of English.
  • Great commercial acumen.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organisational sensitivity.
  • Persistent with a positive attitude.
  • You feel confident in selling to senior executives.
  • The ambition to be number 1 in your markets.
