Main Purpose

Seeking the right person to head up an Enterprise team for a dynamic client. This person will help ensure excellent customer relationships leading to high customer satisfaction and optimal financial results.

Candidate must reside in US, preferrably on US West Coast or be willing to cover PT time zone. Acolad will not be responsible for relocating and/or costs associated with relocating.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business management: manage and ensure profitable growth of the enterprise customer according to internal processes and rules; supervise all personnel related activities – feedback management, process improvement, documentation, etc., in collaboration with Director of Account Management and team members;
  • People management: lead the project management; manage performance;
  • Service portfolio: contribute to the enhancement of the group service portfolio (improve existing services, support the creation and implementation)
  • Provide solution-related support to client.

Educational background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a project management role
  • Management experience with an enterprise client
  • 2-3 years of experience in people management

Professional background

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a project management role
  • Management experience with an enterprise client
  • 2-3 years of experience in people management

Job Specific & Knowledge

  • Localization
  • Operational service/project management processes and methodologies in Language Services
  • Client relationships management at different levels, including difficult situations, conflicts resolution, and complaints

  • Experience working in a CRM
