We are currently looking for a Junior Legal Officer specialised in International Business Law,who speaks fluent French, to be part of our team in our Lisbon office. The Junior Legal Officer will assist the Legal Director and ensure that agreements with third parties including customers, suppliers and vendors are duly centralised, reviewed and executed at a group level.


  • Draft templates and review legal agreements such as framework contracts and NDAs in French and English;
  • Assist and control the implementation of the contract lifecycle process with the implementation of training sessions;
  • Support on the implementation of compliance regulations such as data privacy laws (including the GDPR) and anti-corruption laws (including the Loi Sapin II);
  • Perform other clerical and legal reporting functions assigned by the Legal Director.
  • University degree in International Business Law or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent in French and English
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Business law oriented on an EU and international scale
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: negotiation/relationship building skills
  • Comfortable operating in an international and multi-cultural environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in approach to all tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook)
