We are currently looking for a Strategic Account Manager for our Public Sector team in the Netherlands. Reporting to the Sales Director, you manage relationships with our key institutional clients, develop revenue and ensure customer success.
A highly networked role, the position requires an ability to work with top managers across business units and locations as well as to interact with potential Public Sector customers to ensure a winning proposal and excellent customer relationships.

- Proactively identifying and assessing opportunities in the Public Sector Translation and Interpreting markets
- Managing and renew existing contracts in an assigned portfolio of accounts and developing new revenue through cross-selling
- Acting as a liaison between clients and operational and solutions teams to ensure excellence in meeting client requirements.
- Keeping abreast of market developments, relevant technologies and competitor landscape
- Ownership for client reporting and key performance metrics
- Managing sales pipeline, ensure up-to-date and accurate records in eCRM (data quality)
