Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and closing new business opportunities with Enterprise clients in Switzerland and Germany. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and maximizing sales revenue through effective business development strategies
  • Managing a pipeline of revenue and activity, ensuring profitable growth
  • Assisting with RFP's, tenders, and proposals
  • Developing sales skills, market knowledge, and best practices to achieve targets
  • Accessing C-Level and Director-level contacts within client accounts and target prospects
  • Generating leads through outbound prospecting and responding to inbound leads
  • Positioning Acolad solutions and services to meet client needs
  • Implementing sales and pipeline-building market strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales development and closing deals
  • Native German speaker with proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a strong plus
  • Experience in the language industry is highly desirable
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships and deliver compelling presentations
  • Account mapping, planning, and management skills
  • Understanding of competitors, unique selling points, and commercial awareness
