We are seeking a Full-Time Billing Specialist/Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Hudson, WI office, HYBRID.

As a Billing Specialist, and a core member of our dynamic Accounting Team, you will help the Accounting Department in contributing to Acolad’s overall success. You will have the opportunity to utilize your accounting and finance skills, as well as general bookkeeping and account receivable skills. This is a perfect fit with your attention to detail, excellent communication skills and love of numbers.

Main Responsibilities

📌Manage customer collection processes and be responsible for Company’s DSO.

📌Data entry of Accounts Receivable.

📌Maintain customer information.

📌Manage additional customer reporting requirements.

📌Work with operational teams on billing related issues.

📌Maintain organization of all entity email inboxes.

📌Assist with audit requirements and work papers.

📌Work with other accounting staff to fulfill all other monthly department responsibilities.

📌Maintain a quality mindset in all your work, adhering to quality requirements as defined by the Acolad Quality Management System.

Requirements:

✔️An Associate Degree or equivalent work experience within a related field is preferred.

✔️1-3 years’ experience in an Accounting related position.

✔️Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.

✔️Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills, including email and correspondence etiquette.

✔️Proficient in Microsoft Word and, Excel is a must.

✔️Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.

✔️Ability to multitask and handle a multitude of projects at once.

✔️Thorough knowledge of accounts receivable and other accounting functions.

Salary range will be ($40K-$42K) dependent upon candidates experience.
