Ubiqus US is seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Sales Operations Coordinator for the Transcription Sales department in our New York office.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing sales support and administrative tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and develop relationships with current clients under the supervision of sales department manager.

Respond to customer inquiries.

Maintain database with client orders and interactions, making sure orders are processed on time.

Handle all administrative duties for the transcription sales team.

Understand our products both conceptually and technically in support of sales and consulting activities.

Establish active communication and engagement with all sales team members and the production team members to help out where necessary.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Attention to detail as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge.
  • Superior MS office and proprietary software capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or one to three years of prior sales support experience preferred.
