As Sales Ops Assistant intern for Acolad, you will be the point of contact for local sales teams (located across Europe and in the US) for any support topic related to our Sales Stack and sales processes. You will report to the Head of Sales Ops and you will be part of a motivated and international team.
MISSION
Sales excellence:
- Collaborate with Sales Ops Managers to roll out and communicate new initiatives to sales teams (trainings, email communication, meetings…),
- Improve sales tools adoption by providing ongoing support to sales teams and management on ad-hoc requests (mainly support on Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft).
- Support Head of Sales and Sales ops managers setting up accurate territory management, creating target accounts list in Salesforce and help monitoring progress of top new logos.
- Provide recommendations to drive tools and process adoption.
- Update training materials and documentation to improve team efficiency
- Ad hoc tasks
Data quality monitoring

Lead Gen
- Collaborate with our Growth manager on outbound campaigns and lead generation process
Das erwarten wir:
- You look for a 6-month internship to end your studies
- You are based in Paris
- You are enrolled in a Master degree in Engineering or Business
- You have a first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in an analytical role (Sales, consulting, finance,...)
- You speak English fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment
- You love to understand how organization works to improve the performance
- You are a strong problem solver and a data lover with outstanding analytical skills
- You are familiar with some or all of the following tools (or eager to learn them): Excel, Salesforce
- You are a real team player with strong interpersonal skills
- You are an autonomous, self-motivated and organized person
