We are looking for a 🎆Part-Time HR Business Partner🎆 for our office in Brussels!
- Ensure governance of all HR related topics in partnership with the CHRO, while supporting regional & local managers and employees.
- Ensure the timely and accurate execution of all HR processes and contribute to the development of HR global policies, processes and procedures, taking responsibility for their implementation in the respective country.
- Coach managers in the continuous development of their teams, fostering a culture of dialogue, feedback and collaboration.
- Promote a healthy, safe and pleasant workplace.
- Be accountable for the payroll process, HR related contract management and legal compliance at country level, and manage HR related providers.
- Drive constructive social relations and dialogue throughout the region.
